HOW WILL WE KNOW HOW MUCH YOU DONATE AND WHICH CHARITIES AND/OR CAUSES YOU DONATE TO?

Although Eagle Vitality has no specific collaboration with any nonprofit organization, we advertise that we will donate 50% of our net profits to thin line causes. This type of advertisement is a form of “cause marketing”.

California has significant regulations to ensure transparency and accountability in fundraising activities, including “cause marketing”. They are significant regulations, enforced by the California Attorney General’s Office, and focus on promoting responsible cause marketing practices, safeguarding donor interests, and ensuring transparency and accountability in fundraising campaigns. Eagle Vitality understands and complies with these requirements, not only to avoid legal implications, but to be transparent with our customers and continue our philanthropic efforts while adhering to the law.

We believe our products are very safe. Our products are manufactured in the USA, sourced from premiere suppliers only; Made in a FDA-registered, NSF-certified facility with third party quality testing and we follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). We also check for the top 9 allergens and provide that info on our labels.

We continually read research and stay up to date on vitamins and supplements. If we find research which questions the safety of any of our supplements, depending on the risk, we will either remove it or ensure our customers are made aware of the information.

While vitamins and nutritional or dietary supplements can be beneficial to your health, they can also involve some health risks. The FDA advises consumers to talk to their doctor, pharmacist, or other health care professional before deciding to purchase or use a dietary supplement.

For example, some supplements might interact with medicines or other supplements. Here are a few examples:

A. Vitamin K can reduce the ability of the blood thinner warfarin prevent blood from clotting.

B. St. John’s Wort can speed the breakdown of many medicines and reduce their effectiveness (including some antidepressants, birth control pills, heart medications, anti-HIV medications, and transplant drugs).

C. Antioxidant supplements, such as vitamins C and E, might reduce the effectiveness of some types of cancer chemotherapy.

D. Some supplements contain active ingredients that can have strong effects on the body. Always be alert to the possibility of a bad reaction, especially when taking a new product. You are most likely to have side effects from dietary supplements if you take them at high doses, or instead of prescribed medicines, or if you take many different supplements.

E. Some supplements can increase the risk of bleeding or, if taken before surgery, can change your response to anesthesia. For example, taking turmeric might slow blood clotting. This might increase the risk of bruising and bleeding in people with bleeding disorders.

F. Sometimes supplement companies increase their dose quantity, but more isn't always better. Manufacturers may add vitamins, minerals, and other supplement ingredients to foods you eat, especially breakfast cereals and beverages. As a result, you may get more of these ingredients than you think, and more might not be better. Taking more than you need costs more and might also raise your risk of side effects. For example, too much vitamin A can cause headaches and liver damage, reduce bone strength, and cause birth defects. Excess iron causes nausea and vomiting and may damage the liver and other organs. Too much Turmeric may cause liver damage. We have taken that into account with our multivitamins which have no iron and low vitamin A, and our low dose Turmeric.

G. Be cautious about taking dietary supplements, beyond a standard prenatal supplement, if you are pregnant or nursing. Also, be careful about giving supplements to a child, unless recommended by their health care provider. Many supplements have not been well tested for safety in children and in women who are pregnant or nursing.

If you have questions, talk to your doctor, pharmacist, or other health care professional before deciding to purchase or use a dietary supplement.

Please remember, nothing said anywhere on our site should be taken as medical advice. We aren't doctors, and we’re also not in the business of giving advice. Instead, we’re just trying to give you information to help you make decisions on what dietary supplements are right for you.

WHAT DOES "THIS STATEMENT HAS NOT BEEN EVALUATED BY THE FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION" MEAN IN YOUR DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLEMENTS?

This statement, known as a "disclaimer," is required by law (21 U.S.C. 343(r)(6)(C) and 21 CFR 101.93(b)–(d)) when a structure/function claim or certain other claims are made in dietary supplement labeling, because unlike drugs, the FDA doesn't require dietary supplements to undergo pre-market approval for safety and effectiveness.

The disclaimer must also state that the product is not intended to "diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease" because only a drug can legally make such a claim.

This disclaimer does not mean that statements are untrue. As a matter of fact, extensive research exists on the potential benefits of dietary supplements, even though the FDA doesn't approve them, and various organizations support and conduct research on these products.

It is important to know that some dietary supplements can help you get adequate amounts of essential vitamins if you don’t eat a nutritious variety of foods. However, supplements can’t take the place of the variety of foods that are important to a healthy eating routine.

Some dietary supplements can improve overall health and help manage some health conditions. For example:

A. A recent study presented in 2025 explored the impact of daily multivitamin supplementation on biological aging. Results indicated that multivitamin use led to a 10%-20% reduction in biological aging over two years.

B. Calcium and Vitamin D help keep bones strong and reduce bone loss.

C. Folic Acid decreases the risk of certain birth defects.

D. Omega-3 fatty acids from fish oils might help some people with heart disease.

E. A combination of vitamins C and E, zinc, copper, lutein, and zeaxanthin (known as an Age-Related Eye Disease Study [AREDS] formula) may slow down further vision loss in people with age-related macular degeneration (AMD).

IS IT OKAY TO TAKE DIFFERENT SUPPLEMENTS TOGETHER?

Yes, but there is a possibility that some supplements may interact with each other. If you have concerns it is best to consult a healthcare professional to determine the most appropriate way to take them, considering all the supplements you are already taking.

HOW SHOULD I TAKE MY SUPPLEMENTS?

It depends on the product. On each product label, you can see detailed information on what's the best time and way to take the supplement. Here are some general recommendations for taking supplements: The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. If you forget a dose, do not double it the next time you take it.

WHAT PRECAUTIONS SHOULD I TAKE WHILE USING SUPPLEMENTS?

Always follow the instructions on the label when taking any supplements. This will make sure that you take the right amount for the best results. Never exceed the recommended dose. If you find that an adverse reaction occurs, you should discontinue use and consult your doctor immediately. We also want to note that our supplements are not a replacement for a healthy, balanced diet and lifestyle. They are simply here to help.

IS IT BENEFICIAL TO TAKE A MULTIVITAMIN?

Adding a multivitamin to your daily regimen can be a valuable step towards supporting your overall health. By choosing a high-quality multivitamin, you can ensure that you're nourishing your body with the key vitamins and minerals it needs to thrive, maintaining balanced energy levels, immune function, and overall well-being.

Recent research shows multivitamins can reduce biological aging, improve memory and slow cognitive aging in older adults. In prior randomized trials, multivitamins have shown benefits for reducing risks of several chronic diseases. For example, both the Physicians Health Study II and the 2022 US Preventive Services Task Force review reported that total invasive cancer was reduced with multivitamin supplementation. Further, multivitamins were also associated with a reduced risk of cataracts in the Physician’s Health Study II and with significantly slower age-related memory loss and cognitive decline in three separate placebo-controlled substudies of the COSMOS trial.

A recent study presented at the 2025 American Heart Association Epidemiology, Prevention, Lifestyle & Cardiometabolic Health Scientific Sessions explored the impact of daily multivitamin supplementation on biological aging. This study, Cocoa Supplement Multivitamins Outcomes Study, included 950 older adults, with an average age of 70.2 years. Participants were assessed using five epigenetic clocks to measure biological aging. Results indicated that multivitamin use led to a 10%-20% reduction in biological aging over two years, equating to about four months of aging prevention.

WHEN SHOULD I TAKE EAGLE VITALITY MULTIVITAMIN CAPSULES?

You can benefit from taking our multivitamin daily with a meal. Take two (2) capsules in the morning with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional. If you have a more sensitive constitution, we recommend taking one (1) capsule in the morning with breakfast and the second capsule with lunch.

WHY SHOULD I TAKE A MULTIVITAMIN WITH A MEAL?

Fat-soluble vitamins like A, D, E, and K, are better absorbed when consumed alongside dietary fats. By taking your multivitamin with a meal that contains healthy fats, you can optimize the absorption of these nutrients.

Also, taking a multivitamin with a meal can help minimize the potential for stomach discomfort or digestive upset.

IS IT OK TO TAKE MULTIVITAMINS EVERYDAY?

A balanced diet should provide all the necessary nutrients you need, but maintaining the right diet all the time is difficult. You may miss out on vital nutrients due to a busy lifestyle, extended travel, stress, strenuous activity,  restrictions on your diet, or becoming older. Taking a daily multivitamin can be a sensible and safe choice to support your nutritional needs. Our Fully Loaded Advanced Formula Multivitamin has a comprehensive blend of essential vitamins and minerals to support overall health and well-being.

WHAT ARE FAT-SOLUBLE VITAMINS AND WATER_SOLUBLE VITAMINS?

The four fat-soluble vitamins are vitamins A, D, E, and K. These vitamins are absorbed more easily by the body in the presence of dietary fat. Water-soluble vitamins are not stored in the body. The nine water-soluble vitamins are vitamin C and all the B vitamins: thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine, pyridoxal, and pyridoxamine), folacin, vitamin B12, biotin, and pantothenic acid.

WHAT ARE ANTIOXIDANTS?

Antioxidants protect your body by neutralizing harmful molecules called free radicals, which are unstable and can damage healthy cells. By preventing this oxidative stress, antioxidants may reduce inflammation and lower the risk of chronic diseases, including heart disease and some cancers.

Antioxidants are found naturally in many fruits and vegetables and other foods, and can also be taken as supplements. Vitamin C is an antioxidant, and so are vitamin E, vitamin A, and beta-carotene. There are many more, each with their own benefits including: Resveratrol, Glutathione, Coenzyme Q10, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Flavonoids, Phenols, Polyphenols and Phytoestrogens.

WHICH SUPPLEMENTS ARE RIGHT FOR ME?

It's important that you get advice and approval from a healthcare professional before taking any new supplements. We particularly recommend consulting a professional if you have a known medical condition or if you are taking any prescribed medicine.

ARE YOUR SUPPLEMENTS SAFE TO TAKE WITH PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS?

It is always important to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if you are taking prescription medications. A healthcare professional can assess the potential for interactions and advise you on the most appropriate way to take the supplements.

ARE YOUR SUPPLEMENTS SUITABLE FOR VEGANS OR VEGETARIANS?

We offer a variety of vegan and vegetarian-friendly supplements. Please check the product label or contact us for more information on specific products.

DO YOUR SUPPLEMENTS CONTAIN ANY ALLERGENS?

Allergens are substances that can cause allergic reactions in some individuals. Some supplements may contain allergens, such as nuts, soy, or gluten. It is important to read the label and check for any allergens that you may be sensitive to or you can contact us for more information.

If you have any allergies or sensitivities, it is always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen.

WHAT DOES “FREE OF TOP 9 ALLERGENS" MEAN ON YOUR LABEL?

This statement means that these particular products do not contain any of the "top 9" food allergens recognized in the US, which are milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and sesame.

Here's a more detailed breakdown:

Milk: A common allergen, especially in infants and young children.

Eggs: Another frequent allergen, particularly in children.

Fish: Includes various types of fish, such as cod, flounder, and bass.

Shellfish: Includes crustaceans (like crab, lobster, and shrimp).

Tree Nuts: Includes almonds, walnuts, pecans, and cashews, among others.

Peanuts: A very common allergen, potentially causing severe reactions.

Wheat: A common allergen, particularly in children, though many outgrow it.

Soybeans: A common allergen, especially in babies and children.

Sesame: Recognized as a major allergen in 2021, sesame must be declared on food labels.

WHAT IS CALIFORNIA'S PROPOSITION 65 OR THE SAFE DRINKING WATER AND TOXIC ENFORCEMENT ACT OF 1986?

Sometimes you will see a product for sale that has a label with a warning along the lines of the following: This product contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer or reproductive harm. These warnings are required by California labeling law Proposition 65 (or Prop 65 for short), which is meant to notify individuals in California of exposures to Prop 65-listed chemicals.

Certain listed chemicals, such as lead, are widely distributed through the environment in air, soil, water, and rocks. As a result, these types of chemicals are often found in commonly eaten foods and throughout the food supply even though these chemicals are not intentionally added to foods or nutritional supplements.

The chemicals the State of California have determined cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm are listed at:     https://oehha.ca.gov/proposition-65/proposition-65-list.

The simple presence of the Prop 65 notice doesn't mean you're in constant danger. Think of Prop 65 as a courtesy label for the product you use or businesses you visit. You’re already protected against harmful chemicals by national organizations like the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Proposition 65 goes a step further to notify you that you may or may not gain exposure to these chemicals and California exercises an abundance of caution when it comes to the levels of exposure. Under Prop 65, standards known as the “Safe Harbor” levels govern whether a product needs a warning; these levels can be up to 1,000 times lower than required by the FDA or EPA. That’s why Prop 65 labels are so commonly seen in everyday settings.

Prop 65 is not a product safety law. Rather, it is a right-to-know law requiring the public to be informed when a Prop 65 listed chemical is present above a very low threshold. The proposition exists to provide more power to you by allowing you to make informed decisions that work best for you.The best way to understand if a specific product or service is safe for you is to understand which chemicals are in the product or location that the Prop 65 label is attached to and do your own research on how that may affect you. It’s safe to say that you don’t have to avoid products or services only because they have a Prop 65 warning.

Ultimately, you can take the warnings with reservation. Do your research, and do what feels right for you.

WHY DON'T YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE PROP 65 WARNINGS?

Businesses like ours, with fewer than 10 employees, are exempt from Proposition 65 requirements. We are happy to supply you with a list of which products would carry the warnings.

EAGLE VITALITY USES STEVIA AND SUCRALOSE AS SWEETENERS IN A FEW OF THEIR PRODUCTS. ARE THESE SWEETENEERS SAFE?

Yes, both Stevia and Sucralose are safe for consumption.
Stevia is an herb indigenous to Paraguay and Brazil that is exceptionally sweet, and pure extracts of the plant can be up to 300 times sweeter than table sugar. Even eaten raw, stevia leaves have a noticeable, refreshing sweetness.

Stevia has been used in the United States as a dietary supplement since 1994, and the FDA has approved stevia for use as a sweetener. According to the FDA, refined extracts of stevia are safe for human consumption, including consumption by children and pregnant women. This means they can be used in products without posing any risk.

Sucralose is an artificial sweetener also known as Splenda. The difference between sucralose (Splenda) and other sweeteners, like aspartame (Equal) and saccharin (Sweet’N Low), is that it’s actually made from real sugar. Studies in both the U.S. and the U.K. have found that sweeteners like sucralose don’t cause cancer, which was once a concern. The FDA has done extensive testing on animals to make sure that Splenda does not have any neurological, carcinogenic, or reproductive effects.
